1. Give feedback. Tell the trainers and/or owners if something bothers you. Everyone can be a part of Routa's happy gang in their own right. We want you to feel safe and comfortable in our gym. Let's have fun, enjoy training and do this together!

2. Arrive on time.

3. Respect, encourage, clap, greet and encourage others - increase the spirit of togetherness. Go introduce yourself to new trainers.

4. Clean up after yourself. Put the things you use in their places and wipe sweat, sweat (stays in your hands or in a bucket), etc. from the floor and equipment.

5. Leave your ego outside the gym! Don't compare your results too much with others, everyone trains at their own level. Please be patient. Accidents and injuries are usually the result of impatience.

6. Listen. When the coach is talking, be quiet and stop what you are doing.

7. Do not drop empty barbells, dumbbells or kettlebells. We don't want to break our gear, and neither do you. You yourself are ultimately responsible for what weights you put on the bar and how you scale your training.

8. Tell the coaches about your possible injuries so that we can ensure safe training. Also tell me if something else is wrong, e.g. a piece of equipment is broken or the toilet is out of paper, etc.

9. You can bring your child to the gym (children's park), at your own risk and under your own supervision. Please also make sure that children's tracks are also cleaned up. For safety reasons, children are strictly prohibited from entering the training area!

10. Self-training takes place primarily in the self-training hall during guided lessons. Clients of guided lessons always have priority right to equipment and teaching. Mobility - and during the on-ramp lessons, special attention is paid to the noise, so that the control of the lesson is not affected.
