Order and contract terms

Activity name: CrossFit training and weightlifting training

Organizer: Routa sports Oy (CrossFit Routa)

1. Voluntary participation

I participate in CrossFit and/or weightlifting training voluntarily. I am aware of the risks involved in CrossFit and/or weightlifting. I am aware that CrossFit and/or weightlifting training, like all exercise, involves the risk of injury. If I start CrossFit and/or weightlifting training, I participate or have participated in the On Ramp basic course or beginner's course, which is part of CrossFit and/or weightlifting training, which provides guidance and information about CrossFit and/or weightlifting training as safely as possible. I am able to consider my own participation in terms of my health and skill. If I am unsure about my own state of health, I am obliged to go to a doctor's or physiotherapist's check-up myself before starting training.

2. Release of the organizer from liability

Being aware of the risks involved in CrossFit and/or weightlifting training, I declare that I release the organizer and its representatives from all responsibility for any damage to my health or property, including possible death. The disclaimer applies to the time of CrossFit and/or weightlifting training itself, including travel, as well as any damages that may occur later, the origin of which is located at the mentioned time.

3. Insurances

I am aware that as a customer I am responsible for my own accident insurance. Not all leisure insurances necessarily cover injuries that occur during CrossFit and/or weightlifting training. I am personally responsible for checking the terms of my own insurance.

4. Requirements

In connection with what I stated above, I assure that I will not file a criminal or civil claim against the organizer or its representatives. This also applies to my beneficiaries and right holders.

5. Terms of use

Get to classes on time. Before the actual training, the warm-up is done carefully, either according to the coach's instructions or independently. Each customer is responsible for ensuring that the exercise weights he uses are sized to suit his own condition and experience. Throwing and dropping dumbbells, kettlebells and empty barbells on the floor is prohibited unless the purpose is to avoid injury. Special care should be taken when handling weights, if there are other people at the place of performance. Exercising while suffering from the flu, fever or under the influence of alcohol, medication or other drugs is prohibited.

I will not misuse the techniques I have learned and I will not intentionally harm anyone physically inside or outside the gym. I have good manners and take people into account in the gym and outside the gym. I always present a good image of myself with my own behavior.

6. Illnesses and other limitations

CrossFit and/or weightlifting training is an intense and demanding form of fitness. Discuss the suitability of CrossFit and/or weightlifting training with your doctor before starting training.

The reminder invoice includes a reminder fee. If the reminder invoice is not paid by the due date, the invoice will be transferred to collection.
8.3 In addition to the invoice, the member can also pay the so-called with exercise vouchers (e.g. Smartum, Epassi, EazyBreak, Edenred). These notes are not refunded for tax reasons. The member should take this into account when paying membership fees for several months at once.

8.4 Exercise vouchers (Liikuntasetelit) must be delivered at least seven (7) days before the next invoice arrives to the customer. Invoices always arrive on the 1st day, unless the customer has chosen to change the arrival date. Jif the customer has received an invoice, thereto you can no longer use exercise vouchers afterwards. The customer can use exercise vouchers only for future bills.

9. Suspension of membership

9.1 Suspension of membership is granted due to injury, illness, pregnancy, longer stay abroad, military service or moving to another location. Medical certificate to be presented in the situation.
9.2 In cases of illness, we can refund money afterwards against a medical certificate. In these situations, a 14-day deductible is used.

10. Termination of membership

10.1 The Membership Agreement is valid for the time being, however at least for the commitment period specified in the Membership Agreement, until the Membership Agreement is terminated. The member must terminate his membership agreement in writing.
10.2 There is a notice period of one calendar month for termination of all (currently valid, 12-month, 24-month) memberships.

10.3 The member has the right to terminate the membership agreement due to an exceptional, unexpected event concerning him (such as a serious long-term illness, permanent disability, a temporary, more permanent move or other such unforeseen change in life situation, due to which the suspension of the membership agreement is not justified) despite the fact that the commitment period defined in the membership agreement has not expired . If requested, this must be confirmed with a certificate. The condition for terminating the membership agreement is that CrossFit Routa accepts the grounds for terminating the membership agreement. CrossFit Routa reserves the right to charge a reasonable compensation for premature termination of the membership contract due to the member.

11.2 Membership cannot be suspended for less than one month.

11.3 Pauses and changes to membership must be made at least seven (7) days before the next invoice arrives to the customer. Invoices always arrive on the 1st day, unless the customer has chosen to change the arrival date.
