Descriptions

WOD The guided class, which changes daily, includes an initial warm-up, skill/strength portion and metcon.

BabyWOD The class is aimed at pregnant and new mothers and their children. For these guided classes, you do not need to have previous experience in CrossFit, and all the movements performed in the class are modified to suit everyone. Fathers are also welcome.

Routa Basics = Light and, as a rule, a longer class performed in the aerobic power range. Easy basic movements are used in the class. Active recovery.

O-R = On ramp eli alkeiskurssi

Routa Extreme = Heavier (harder power) lesson. You can participate in more technically challenging movements in the class. Not recommended for beginners.

Open Gym= Free practice. Coach on hand to help with techniques.
Self-paced = Free practice, coach is not available.

Free trial = Free introductory lesson, no need to register for the lesson. The class does not require previous experience in CrossFit training.

Skill (30min) = Class focusing only on improving techniques.

Accessory (30min) = complements Crossfit's holistic training. The class includes movements that are not necessarily done that much in classes: carrying a sandbag, pushing/pulling a sled, movements that strengthen the middle body and other various auxiliary movements. In accessory classes, you can also do squats, bench presses, etc. exercises that increase strength.

Mobility = A lesson focused on body care and mobility.

With the entry tag you can practice between 5:00 and 22:00 on the side of the self-service gym.
